Advanced purchase is strongly recommended, as space is limited and tours can sell out. To maximise your chances of getting the date and time you prefer, please book well in advance. And remember, we offer free cancellation if your plans change!

All our tour starting locations are listed on each individual tour page. On each tour page, click on the information listed under ‘Meeting Location’ and you’ll see the starting point for the tour in Google Maps.

We present tours shine, rain, or snow, unless the conditions are dangerous. Please dress appropriately!

Our Ultimate Toronto Tour is not currently wheelchair accessible, but can accommodate strollers as well as guests with walkers and canes.

Guests will make several stops throughout their trip to hear stories, legends and facts about respective sites. Each tour guide’s route is unique, and will feature a number of stops depending on factors such as their route, the weather, and even your questions!

Our professional guides are skilled public speakers and work hard to make sure everyone can hear during the tour. If you are hard of hearing, please let your guide know and we’ll ensure you get a front-row seat.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a FULL refund. If you need to change or modify your tickets, simply email us at info@blacklabtours.com. We offer trip protection for an additional fee, which ensures a refund at any time before or after the tour if you need to cancel.

Yes, our tours do include a bathroom break midway through the tour.

Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please email or call us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.

If you feel your tour guide has provided a great experience, gratuities are encouraged— and welcomed—at the end of your tour. Gratuities for your guide are always appreciated, but never expected.
